First of all apologies to any whimsies (if there is any of you out there!) for being rather quiet so far this week, not been feeling very well & have also been on bit of a mission (Will tell more soon!)
So the V-fest line up has been announced and tickets are on sale this Friday & the boyf is determined to get one so he can see The Stone Roses, Noel Gallagher & Happy Mondays (even though by the time its on he will have already seen all 3 this year). So in honor of this I thought I would bring you some inspiration for a festival themed wedding!
There so many interpretations of this theme and if I were to get married this would be the top of my list! I would probably do a Kate Moss and see if I can make it run over three days….why the hell not you only get married once (or twice…) So whats the one think you need to get into a festival…your ticket!!
I love this design from Hitchcockink on Etsy it will make your wedding a sought after event! On the day why get your ushers to hand out personalised wristbands or send them with the invite?! Create a VIP area or VIP village with a ‘Wedding belles’ tent from Strawberry Hills? 
There are many different options that are all very affordable, why not turn your wedding into a proper festival and get everyone glamping?! Now a festival wouldn’t be a festival without a bar/beer tent! There are so many companies out there, in fact too many to choose from so I’m more than sure there is something out there to fit your theme and budget (Obviously check with your venue first!)

One thing for me I would love to have is a fun fair!! If your having live music at your wedding on your festival stage (love) then why not let your guests break away for a while….

However is hiring fun fair rides is a little out of your reach why not try a company like ‘The Original Fete Company’ who offer a brilliant package complete with bunting!!
And just because why not invite along Mrs Scoops & Betty for the day and all enjoy a delicious Ice Cream treat throughout the day! 
I seriously could go on and on and on I’m so full of ideas on this!

My Whimsy Ways 
I went to a festival themed wedding, it was amazing! We all got wristbands featuring ‘The wedding festival’ and they had big tents with bands in. Also we saw Noel Gallagher last week, so good!
Ahhh how amazing I would love a wedding like this I think. Ooo the boyf went to see him too on the 26th @ O2. I wasnt invited for some reason I cant remember why now but he got vfest ticks on fri so will get to see him then! xx
